You have probably been living with bowel issues for a long time - not really knowing what is causing it or how to manage it. You may have looked online or spoken to others, but never found the answers.

The reason why is that we are all different, and there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach.

My 12 Week programme is designed to help you gain control of your IBS once and for all. I will support you to achieve symptom control in my 3-step ATE approach, tailored just for you.

  • The reality is, most people do not get a full assessment, despite the fact that this is crucial to gaining control of your IBS. I will carry out a full assessment of your symptoms, taking into account other medical history as well as social and psychological factors. I will then provide you with a full explanation of your diagnosis.

  • People are often told to ‘stress less’ or ‘eat better’ but with no specific way to do this or any guidance. I will give you a specific plan to follow, and guide you through it. This will include dietary changes, as well as considerations of mental health and lifestyle factors

  • The final step of this programme is called ‘Empowerment’; and this underpins the whole programme. This means you will understand what IBS is, why you have it, and what you can do to manage it moving forward when you finish working with me. I will provide you with access to my IBS masterclass to achieve this.

My 3 Step ATE Approach

Initial Call

Firstly we will have a 15 minute discovery call for me to find out more about you, and for me to explain more about how the programme work. I will send over a detailed health questionnaire to gather information such as medical history, any tests you have had and basic demographic information. I will also ask you to complete a food diary for me.

Week 1-4

In our first consultation, we will come up with a personalized plan for you. This will be sent you via email following the consultation so you have all the information clearly laid out. In between sessions, you can email me weekly to ask any questions you have, I will also ask you to monitor your symptoms and share this with me weekly so we can monitor your progress throughout.

Week 4-8

We will have a review session in 4-6 weeks after this initial sessions to review your progress, add to your plan, and make any adjustments required. Treatment plans include dietary changes, which could involve the low FODMAP diet, usually in addition to other lifestyle changes.

Week 9-12

The final session will be discussing your progress and how to continue moving forward. By this stage you will be feeling better and have a much clearer idea of how to manage your IBS. As we go through each stage you will be learning about your IBS, how it affects you and what you can do to mange it.
