About Joe
Joe’s interest in nutrition began at a young age, shaped by his own journey with gut health. After years of struggling without the support he needed, he was eventually diagnosed with IBS—a turning point that opened his eyes to the life-changing impact that diet can have on health and wellbeing.
Driven by a desire to help others navigate similar challenges, Joe went on to study a BSc. in Nutrition at the University of Nottingham, followed by postgraduate training in Dietetics at the University of Chester. This allowed him to qualify as a registered dietitian.
Since then, he has completed a range of advanced training in gut health and gastroenterology (see qualifications below), and he continues to stay up to date with the latest research and clinical approaches.
Joe currently works as a Dietitian in the NHS in London, while also offering private consultations that are flexible, personalised, and primarily delivered online—making specialist support accessible no matter where you are.
Joe’s mission is to help you take control of your symptoms, feel confident in your food choices, and ultimately improve your quality of life - in one I word, he wants you to THRIVE.
Joe provides inclusive, friendly care in a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered.
